These were two cakes I made for the Fresno Pacific University dinner. They were auctioned off, and from what I heard, they were the talk of the event. Always nice to hear :)

- Thanks to all of you checking out my blog. I'm new to the baking world, but loving every minute of it. I'm self taught in the ways of fondant and gumpaste, well not so much self taught but more like trial and errors, and continue learning as much as I can take in. I will post my tasy treats as they are coming out of the oven and would love to hear any thoughts or comments on what I create. And of course because I am still learning, I will glady accept any tips/hints/ideas for the future!
